Our Cream Top Yogurt have a delightfully rich layer of the cream on top . We make Cream Top from unhomogenized milk , and cultured with Lactobacillus bulgaricus , the yogurt making harmless bacteria , causing it to ferment. This thickens it and gives it its characteristically tangy flavor . Unlike most producers , we add no thickeners ,stabilizers or preservatives . Just milk and culture , that's it !
